Love Mermaid Water. They were so responsive and so helpful. Needed to move my water pressure tank and relocate some water lines to get foundation work done. They responded to my inquiry immediately and worked with the foundation contractors to get the job done. They even returned to my home when the foundation work needed additional plumbing adjustment. Brent was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the work and future work I was looking to do. He made helpful recommendations and provided prompt estimates. He and his assistant were very respectful, did excellent work, and cleaned up afterwards leaving my home perfect! I will use them again and refer others.

Bryce is the MAN! I was so afraid that I was gonna have to replace an expensive piece of equipment because of a leak. Fortunately, he found a crack in one of the hoses and cut off the bad part. NO CHARGE! He also replaced the UV bulb in my Piqua system without breaking the bulb, which is very easy to break. All done in less than 15 minutes. I've been using Mermaid Water for 8 years and I love them. They have the best technicians!
