Bryce is the MAN!
Bryce is the MAN! I was so afraid that I was gonna have to replace an expensive piece of equipment because of a leak. Fortunately, he found a crack in one of the hoses and cut off the bad part. NO CHARGE! He also replaced the UV bulb in my Piqua system without breaking the bulb, which is very easy to break. All done in less than 15 minutes. I've been using Mermaid Water for 8 years and I love them. They have the best technicians!
